On April 3, 2026, the Texas Office of the Attorney General issued Civil Investigative Demands to several residential solar companies operating in Texas, citing more than 100 formal complaints filed with the office and thousands more reported online. -Document any verbal promises made during the sales process that were not reflected in the written contract.
